By accessing ConstructIQ you agree to these terms and any applicable order forms or master agreements.
Use of the service
You may use the platform for lawful construction management purposes in accordance with your subscription plan and seat limits.
Customer data
You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
Availability & support
We target 99.98% uptime. Support levels are defined by your plan and any applicable SLA.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConstructIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the agreement. Upon termination you may export your data within the retention window.
